My dad has been very sick for the past three years. Consequently he has required care and transport by ambulance. Every time Medavie has come to his aid, they have given my dad, mom and our family the best medical and compassionate care. Thank you! We are very grateful.
I have been truly impressed by the level of care and compassion shown by the staff of Medavie. Suni and Terry went above and beyond to ensure that our loved one’s symptoms/presentation were given proper consideration and that our concerns were given the same level of care and attention. Their job is not an easy one, but they tackle it with grace and full attention, even when patients are not easy to work with. The other paramedics from Medavie that we encountered while at the hospital were just as attentive, kind, and compassionate. Thank you!
Our family cannot say enough about the excellent service and care. The ambulance arrived quickly, the paramedics went to work quickly and the team helped us with the decision to go to Emergency. Their caring and professional approach calmed us all. The situation was serious enough that admission to hospital was required. We were particularly impressed when Brett returned to the exam room for a couple of minutes following a subsequent call to inquire about how things were going. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the other paramedic, but the two of them totally rock!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
I have never been in their shoes or do what they do. Very high stress and emotional, all my mom and I can say is “keep up the awesome work you special people do.
EMS in Regina Sask. were prompt, kind and patient with me as I became unwell at Walmart. They were direct and clear with questions and comments. I wish I knew the names if the man & woman who attended to me. Kudos to you both!
Both [paramedics] went above and beyond to make me feel that my mom was in good care when they took her to the hospital. Words can not express my gratitude. They were both comforting, caring, and helpful in a time of chaos and uncertainty
